The 10Dresses Project is the brain child of one, persistent woman, Rebecca Russell (that's me!). I'm a small business owner, mother of four (one heading to college and one still in daycare), and wife to a Special Forces MSG. To say that I'm not independently wealthy is an understatement! But that hasn't stopped me from wanting to see this unique art installation become a reality. I believe in its importance and I feel strongly that you will, too!
The short of it is that I cannot afford to bankroll this project completely on my own. More importantly, I see this as a community project and one I'd like to get as much community involvement in as possible. Once the project really gets rolling I think you'll see why. (I'm not giving away all my secrets yet, for professional reasons.)

Don't have time to volunteer?
The 10Dresses Project is in its infancy and we are breaking ground on securing financial support for the fabric, materials, exhibit space, display mannequins, marketing materials, photographers, and models.
Right now, we're estimating a minimum out of pocket cost for materials, supplies, and services of $8,000 to $10,000. We hope to reduce some of this through grants and volunteer work, but it's a huge undertaking!
